What is the refund policy?
The $27 AI Assistant Starter Kit is a digital product with immediate access. All sales are final. No refunds except where required by law. If you have trouble accessing the kit or notice a billing error, email drey@1buttonbusiness.com so we can help. Build Night and Done-For-You are separate purchases; ask about their terms before booking.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. If you can copy, paste and fill in a doc, you can do this. Everything happens in the normal ChatGPT or Claude website. No code, no APIs, no integrations.
Does it work with the free version of ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Both offer Projects on free accounts, with usage and file limits. The guide keeps your business context in one document to help you work within those limits. Check the current ChatGPT Project limits and Claude Project limits before you start.
Is this a custom GPT?
No. This kit uses a ChatGPT Project or Claude Project: a dedicated place for your business instructions, files and conversations. You do not need to create or publish a custom GPT.
Will it send emails or post for me?
No. Your assistant drafts. You read, tweak and send. That keeps you in control of every client conversation.
How long does it really take?
Plan on 60–90 minutes. The biggest chunk is writing your business brain doc (about 20 minutes).
What format is the kit?
Three digital guides delivered as Notion pages: the Setup Guide, the Prompt Pack, and the AI Assistant HQ template you duplicate into your own Notion workspace. You'll need a free Notion account to use the HQ template.
